Josephine Carmen Josephine was trained as an architect and interior designer in London and has completed award-winning projects in major cities across the United States. Association with I.S.D., Inc., John Carl Warnecke Associates, Charles Kratka and Walker Associates allowed for great diversity of experience both as a designer and project manager. In California, she has designed corporate, retail, law, financial, medical and institutional interiors.

Jay Nordsten, AIA Jay is a native of Los Angeles and a graduate of the Southern California Institute of Architecture. As a licensed architect with a background in engineering, he is experienced in code requirements, construction methods and project management. He coordinates the budgets, scheduling and technical documents on each project and leads the Tenant Services Group.

Clara Igonda Clara earned a master's degree in architecture in her native Argentina, before moving to the United States and working with Caudill Rowlett Scott, Walker Associates, and PHH Environments. Her commercial, insitutional and residential interiors are enriched by a deep love for modern and folk art, and her talent as a carpet and textile designer.
